I’m well into my forties and I thought it might be fun to create a list of forty things that mean love, light, and hope to me. So much of life can be filled with pain, limitations, and even some darkness when you have a chronic illness. It’s time to flip those thoughts around!
I hope that you find some new light in them for yourself and if you are so inclined, use the comment section to add your own moments of love, light, and hope!

That’s my fabulous forty – I would love to see what you would add the list. There can never be enough moments of love, light, and hope in our days!
I love this! Reading it made me happy.
I honestly don't know what I'd add to such a list
This is terrific! I am well into my 50’s. So by all means take the time to stop and smell the roses!! ♥️
Love this! Your attitude is so wonderful. Negativity addiction is SUCH a real thing, and it's been a struggle fighting it when I basically grew up in a negative-minded household. But it's totally worth the fight. Great list!

I love this! I did a similar thing for my 45th, I did, 45 things I am grateful for! See now there is the bonus in being older, more things to write down!
